Important notice
For international shipments, prices are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. Customs duties, import taxes and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer (Incoterms: DAP).
This policy governs the delivery of orders placed via www.arinnaswimwear.com, including shipping procedures and the customs and tax rules applicable to international orders. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Arinna Swimwear ships within Türkiye and to the international destinations listed at checkout. Countries not shown in the checkout address step are not served.
For deliveries within Türkiye, prices include Turkish VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice. No customs duties or import charges apply.
4.1. For international shipments, prices are exclusive of all import duties, customs duties and taxes. The amount displayed and charged at checkout covers the product price and, where applicable, the shipping fee only.
4.2. Delivery is made on DAP (Delivered at Place — Incoterms® 2020) terms. Accordingly, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, excise duties, customs brokerage fees, storage, terminal and any similar charges levied in the destination country are payable by the buyer.
4.3. The buyer acts as the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for obtaining any permits, documents, identification or tax numbers required for importation.
4.4. The amount of any duties depends on the product, its declared value, the destination country and the legislation in force there. Arinna Swimwear has no control over these amounts, cannot quote them in advance and accepts no liability for them.
4.5. We do not under-declare the value of shipments or mark them as “gift” in order to reduce or avoid import duties.
5.1. If a shipment is returned to us because the buyer has not paid the applicable duties, has not provided required documentation, or has refused delivery, the outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost and any duties or storage charges already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
5.2. Arinna Swimwear accepts no liability where a shipment is destroyed, seized or refused entry under the legislation of the destination country. Buyers should verify before ordering that the goods may lawfully be imported into their country.
5.3. Arinna Swimwear is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance.
6.1. Customs duties, import taxes and charges already paid by the buyer in the destination country are not refunded by Arinna Swimwear. Buyers should apply to their own customs authority for any duty drawback or refund.
6.2. Except where the product is defective, the customs formalities and costs of a return shipment are borne by the buyer.
6.3. Returns must be sent using the carrier and method notified by Arinna Swimwear. We accept no liability for return shipments that are delayed, held in customs or lost where another method has been used.
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days within Türkiye and 5-7 business days internationally, and may be extended by customs clearance. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and any tax or identification number provided at checkout. Any delay, additional cost or return arising from an incorrect or incomplete address is the customer’s responsibility.
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, a damage report must be completed with the courier and the matter reported the same day to arinna@arinnaswimwear.com.
